Наш основатель

Компания IDEAS Intl. была создана Марком Де Турком в 1994 году.

Марк Де Турк родился в Брюсселе 5 февраля 1962 года. Уже в раннем возрасте Марк хотел стать советником лидеров и предпринимателей. В 1986 году он получил степень магистра экономики бизнеса в Католическом университете в Лёвене, Бельгии.
Он начал свою карьеру в компании «Артур Андерсен Консалтинг» в 1986 году. В 1989 году он стал организационным консультантом ведущих политиков и государственных чиновников в Бельгии. Он консультировал различные бельгийские учреждения по стратегическим и организационным вопросам.
В 1994 году он открыл для себя духовные труды Л. Рона Хаббарда и Систему Управления Хаббарда © и стал сертифицированным консультантом-тренером. Марк обучил более 30 000 менеджеров в 20 странах.
Изучив многие системы управления раньше, он считает эту систему самой развитой и САМОЙ ПОЛНОЙ системой управления. Затем, очень скоро после того, как он стал сертифицированым Консультантом Хаббард ©, в 1994 году  он основал свою собственную практику в обучении и коучинге, основанную на этой системе, под названием IDEAS.
IDEAS зарегистрирована в 1999 году и на сегодняшний день имеет различных партнеров по всей Европе.
В международный день босса в 2006 году IDEAS включила в себя программу Free Boss и стала IDEAS FreeBoss.

Марк счастливо женат на Моник де Клерк.

У них есть дочь Алиса и внук Матео.
